    Make A Plan

    Sometimes the next step seems overwhelming, but Svend’s been doing this for 30 years and it’s as simple as one call. 
     
    We’ll meet in person on location, take a walk around, and then sit down and talk it through—with the same two guys who will be doing all the work.

    Our fees are a flat rate and percentage of the sale, all you need to do is set the schedule and we’ll get started.
     
    We expect NOTHING on your end and take on the home “as is.”

  • Hold A Sale

    Our estate sale process includes setup, display, and pricing of every single item, all neatly organized on our furnished tables and shelving. We clean, trash, and recycle as we go, ensuring our sales have the best possible success while being realistic and practical about each item’s value.
     
    Additionally, we bring 30 years of followers to the door who know the Svend name. We advertise with photos and lists of highlighted items and blanket the immediate area with directional signs the days of the sale.
     
    We operate with complete transparency. We'll neatly pack away retained personal items and documents with discretion and respect, and provide all sales receipts and a cashiers check at the end.

    Clean & Easy

    We sell everything we can, donate and recycle what we can’t, and trash or scrap other items including hazardous materials and waste that is non-transferrable. 
     
    We almost always eliminate your minimum cleanout costs with the profits of the sale and leave you with a TOTALLY EMPTY and clean space.
     
    Attic to basement, closets, drawers and garage, every item… what may have been an overwhelming and insurmountable task becomes a check in hand and a property ready for its next occupants.

    • When not setting up a sale, Drew is repairing cars or transforming them for “lemmon” rallies held all over the country - and is more comfortable under a car than in the driver’s seat.
       
      Drew worked hand-in-hand with Svend (the original owner), and carries forward his tradition of honesty, respect, and friendliness to all, behind a hard work ethic. 

      TODD HOLLINGSWORTH, PARTNER, has been running a small graphic design agency for years, and when not estate sale-ing is birding, hiking, rollerskating and enjoying the great diverse arts and music scene of the Twin Cities.
